Inviting Colleagues, Friends and Family
Inviting other people to your projects allows you to share ideas, allocate tasks, and see what others are up to so you can seamlessly stay on the same page.
To Share a Project:1. Open the project that you would like to share from the MENU. Select the COG icon at the top right hand corner. Once there, you will be able to view existing members of the project, and have the choice to invite new colleagues.
2. To add new members, tap ADD MEMBERS. Then, enter the email address belonging to the person you would like to invite. Multiple addresses must be separated by a comma and space (e.g Beth@droptask.com, James@droptask.com). Tap done once you have chosen your new members.
3. If you have previously invited someone to DropTask, they will automatically appear in this list. You are also able to edit the project permissions of each member added to a project. To see more details on Project Permissions, see our table at the bottom of this page. When someone is invited to DropTask, they will receive an email inviting them to join your project. Tap your chosen member to view their permission level.
