Inviting Colleagues, Friends and Family



Inviting other people to your projects allows you to share ideas, allocate tasks, and see what others are up to so you can seamlessly stay on the same page.

To Share a Project:

1. Open the project that you would like to share from the MENU.

2. Select the icon at the bottom of the right hand corner, then select Add Assigned. An invite prompt will then appear, where you will see the the option to invite others.

3. Once you have selected your members, hit ADD to complete the process.

4. When a new member is invited to DropTask, they will receive a notification via email. You will be able to assign them to tasks immediately.
