Creating a Project



Projects are flexible and can be created for anything – from work related tasks to planning an upcoming vacation. To begin with, you can keep things simple and think about the tasks that you have to do today, tomorrow and over the course of the next week.

To Create a Project:

1. Select the MENU option in the top left corner (this is where you’ll find a list of your projects as well as other useful features and settings).



2. When the menu sidebar opens, select + NEW PROJECT.



3. A pop-up will then appear:

NAME: Please enter the name of your project. (For example, ‘Work‘, ‘Grand Opening‘, ‘Building Renovation‘, ‘Errands‘ etc.)

ADD: Colleagues, friends, or family via email or from your Google Contacts.

To add project members who are already listed as a contact, tap on their avatar to highlight them.





4. Select your chosen members and tap CREATE PROJECT when you’re happy to proceed. As your project is created, you will be taken to your project Workflow. Here, you’ll be able to create categories and tasks and begin to create your DropTask project.
