Assigning Tasks



When you create a task you will automatically become assigned to complete it. If you have invited others into your project, you may delegate this task to someone else by re-assigning it to them. Alternatively, you may also assign multiple people to a task. Task assignment is a great way to establish accountability and helps to keep everyone on the same page.

 

To assign a task

1. Assign a project member to a task by tapping the +ADD ASSIGNED icon within the editing task bar.

2. Previous members from tasks will be already saved in the assigned box. Choose which member you would like to assign to the task, then tap ADD to complete the process.

Adding new members

If you would like to add a new member, simply insert their email into the ADD MEMBERS box when you are creating the task.
